OFF - N - OFF (www.offnoff.in) Return and Exchange Policy offer you the option to exchange items purchased on offnoff.in within 10 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size (measurement) or receipt of a defective item, you will need to courier the product back to us at the following address:

Please mention your Order ID and contact information on the package.

We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same. Once your return is received by us, you will be provided a discount coupon of INR 100 in reward towards shipping costs per order/parcel. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

Once we have received your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products into your account which can be used whenever you decide to place an order with us again.
